I was given my first camera at the age of twelve. It took me half a life time to be able to devote my life to photography. I have always been passionate about nature and wanted to record it photographically. But life intervened which forced me to concentrate on other subjects.
I spent many years working on desktop publishing, doing the necessary photography for the publications in which we were involved. Eventually I was able to marry both skills and create images of nature and landscapes which I sometimes work on creatively to produce fantasy images.
I do not limit myself to nature photography. I have lived in many countries and I travel a lot photographing what pleases me both in nature and elsewhere.
